AAA review

Unfortunately had an accident while having AAA as my insurance. Their accounting dept forgot to withdraw my monthly payment from checking account although they acknowledged having received my request and example check. Since they forgot, their other department canceled my policy without my knowledge. 3 months after start of policy, my wife was involved in fender bender and we learned that they declined due to a canceled policy. Hours of explanation with their office changed nothing. They are scum ... I paid all myself to avoid the collection agency from the other party ... Never again will I use amateurs that pose for professional insurance agents ! They talk the talk but they dont walk the walk !!
